The Study on Mechanical Characteristic of Spine Type Pack Anchor

Recently soil improvement methods are using in many ways such as costal and soft ground of inland. Spine pack anchor is very effectful method on the soft ground. But most of anchor design doesn't reflect internal ground property.

In order to understand the behavioral characteristics of spine pack anchor, the field pullout tests was performed and became outcomes.

As a result, unit friction force increased due to pullout resistance range is shorter than actual bonded length. And coefficient of cohesion alpha is suggested.
