Proposal for the Micropile Installation Area Used to Prevent Damage on Existing Structure for the Tunnelling Works in the Downtown District

As a result of city expansion, there is an attempt to efficiently utilize the limited downtown areas in theon-going thoroughfare improvement.Various types of underground structures that are essential in daily life are being constructed. For this reason, the existing structures are prone to damage.Furthermore,a lot of noise,vibrations and the occasional collapse of existing structures caused by the preparation of an underground area,all the sethings bring great psychological and physical dama getothecitizens. In the constrution of anhistoric and important structures should beSince micropiling is a method that can be used to solve both environmental and damage protectionproblems of existing structures in the downtown district,it is commonly used at present (Im,et al.,2002.5).was per f or med t o r epr esent mi cr opiles used in the damage protection ofexisting structures during tunnel excavation in the downtown district.The objective of this study is todetermine the appropriate use of the micropiles in conjunction with tunnelling.
